Representative of the Arab Medical Relief Society in the hospitality of Al-Mabarra
Dr. Bassam Al-Bashaira, representative of the Arab Medical Relief Society in Jordan, received at his headquarters in Al-Omariya. He was received by Mr. Abdul Aziz Al-Dosari and Hamad Al-Fahd.
During the visit, Dr. Bassam presented a brief about the medical relief society, the current situation in Syria, the work of the association in this regard and the centers established by the association.
It is worth mentioning that Dr. Bassam provided an overview of the medical center in Irbid and applied for the transfer of the previous donation from Al-Mabaraa regarding the establishment of a laboratory and radiotherapy unit in Za’tari camp because of its completion before the donation arrived and re-allocated it to the establishment of a medical laboratory in Irbid, Syrians, and the center does not yet have a laboratory for medical analysis.
Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Executive Director on a visit to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Mr. Mohammed Yousef Al-Saqer, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Rahman Al Sheha, Executive Director, met the Deputy Foreign Minister, Advisor Hassan Zaman. This meeting is part of a series of meetings between officials of Al-Mabraa and the relevant official bodies to consult and discuss some issues of mutual interest. The meeting reviewed the work of Al-Mabraa and its efforts in general and its external work in particular, the discussion was on how to avoid the dilemmas and problems in this context. In conclusion, the Undersecretary praised the precautionary steps taken in Al-Mabarra regarding the removal of suspicions of funding.
Executive Director of Al-Mabraa the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor
A delegation of Al-Mabraa headed by the Executive Director Dr. Ahmed Al-Sheha, Director of Educational Projects Department Salem Al-Sharhan and Dr. Abdel-Rahman Al-Jairan, Member of the National Assembly visited the Minister of State for Planning and Development Affairs and the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Mrs. Hind Sabih Barrak Thursday 24-2-2015 at her office in Abdullah Salem suburb.
During the visit, the mechanism of work was reviewed in Al Mabarra. The Minister expressed her appreciation for what she saw and praised the good work, wished for Al Mabarra its teachers and staffs the success and rectitude, and stressed their attention to provide a helping hand to overcome the obstacles and difficulties facing Al-Mabarra in the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor.
In the conclusion, the Executive Director of Al-Mabarra honored the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor for her outstanding efforts in her field of work.
The Executive Director of Al-Mabraa meets the delegation of the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development, and reviews with them the strategic plan of Al-Mabraa.
Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Rahman Al-Sheha, Executive Director of Al-Mabraa, received the delegation of the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development, Mr. Samir Abdel-Fattah Jarad, accompanied by Mr. Mahmoud El Masry and Ms. Mablaa Yassin.
During the meeting, Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Rahman Al Sheha, Executive Director of Al-Mabraa, briefed him on the strategic plan of Al-Mabraa.
At the end of the visit, Mr. Samir Jarad praised the plan and organization in Al-Mabraa and the mechanism of work, and expressed his readiness to extend a helping hand in the service of Al-Mabarra and the success of its work.
Mr. Mohamed Bali, Chief Executive Officer of Médecins sans Frontières (MSF) &(Fountain of Goodness) Al-Mabarrah visit 29/03/2017
On March 29, 2017, (Fountain of Goodness) Al-Mabarrah representative in Mr. Ahmed Al-Saqer, Chairman of Al-Mabarah and Board of Trustees, Dr. Ahmed Al-Shehha, Executive Director, and Mr. Fuad Al Masri, welcomed a delegation of Médecins Sans Frontières in the United Arab Emirates, representative in Mr. Mohamed Bali, Executive Director of the Organization.
The visit comes as part of the organization’s efforts to provide health support to those in need in the state of Borno in Nigeria; there are 500,000 emigrant people in need of humanitarian assistance, and 15% of malnourished children are diagnosed.
In the meeting, Mr. Ahmed Al-Saqr welcomed Mr. Mohamed Bali and reviewed with him the most important achievements of the humanitarian field in general and the health field in particular. He expressed readiness to cooperate with the organization in its efforts in Borno state in Nigeria and in thenprojects of common concern.
For his part, Mr. Mohamed Bali thanked (Fountain of Goodness) Al-Mabarrah for their hospitality and good reception. He expressed his appreciation for the efforts exerted by (Fountain of Goodness) Al-Mabarrah. He also expressed his readiness to cooperate with the organization in the relief of displaced people in the state of “Borno” in Nigeria.
